How to Start a Novel??
Okay, so since we have this whole little Guild set up, I've been wanting to ask everyone for some advice on how to start a novel. I have no idea how to set up margins, what font to use, what size, and all that. If anyone knows how to set up Word in the best way I would really appreciate it. I know it varies a lot depending on books, but any help will be appreciated.

I always keep mine at 12 point font, Times New Roman font, double spaced, with a page header for every page. It helps editors a lot, and you never staple pages together. It's also a good idea to create a title page, which consists of the title and your name. Proper title page works can be found online at several websites.
